- You must be truthful, this is about real experiences, not fiction

- You must abide by anonymity. The purpose of this site is not to identify addicts.

- You can use any language you want (We believe in free speech) but if the content is counterproductive toward meeting our objectives we will respectfully decline the submission.

- You must pledge to never give up fighting to erradicate this disease.

- If you are the loved one of an addict, you must pledge to never turn your back on them.

- If you are an addict, you must pledge to always strive for sobriety.
